After harvest, these grapes are destemmed and pressed to get the juice. Then, leave the juice in contact with the skins for about 10 to 15 days, then proceed with the vinification in temperature controlled stainless steel vats.
Intense and vivid ruby red, with bouquet of red fruits, such as cranberries, cherries and plumbs. The taste is pleasant, juicy, well balanced with round and smooth sweetness and elegant acidity.
Ideal with pasta with Italian meat sauce, roasted pork and sausages.
